I’ve never had a more positive car service experience as with Bob Johnson VW Service Center. The service technician did a thorough diagnostic, accurately identified the issue causing the warning light, and expertly performed the necessary repair. When the manager called to notify me that the repair was completed he also was happy to inform me that the entire cost of repair was covered by an extended warranty I was unaware of! They went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend (& only trust) Bob Johnson VW for any future work.
